An holiday apartment is a fully equipped accommodation that has all comforts, in order to make you feel at home. It is a convenient and favourable alternative if you wish to have a stay in total freedom and independence and live Verona as a local!
What are the advantages of renting a holiday apartment?
First of all, affordability and flexibility. The cost for this kind of accommodation is always inferior when compared to traditional accommodation facilities. A holiday apartment offers wider spaces and, with fully equipped kitchens, the possibility to cook when you do not feel like going out and prefer to stay at home, with all comforts.
Holiday apartments are also indicated for big groups, since they can accommodate from 2 up to 8 guests. They are also the ideal solution for families with little kids.
Where are your apartments located?
Our apartments are located in valuable areas of the historical city center, and they are all very easy to reach by car or using public transportation. Their central location will let you reach by foot all places of historical, artistic, cultural and also enogastronomic interest.
What is included in the price?
The price indicates the rental amount, with pertaining Agency fees, bed linen, towels, and all utilities ( electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi).
The price does not include the tourist tax, which is to be paid on the spot.
Is it possible to modify my reservation?
Yes, in case you need to reduce or add the number of days for your stay we kindly ask you to let us know before your arrival. It is important though that a minimum number of days is respected.
How far is the apartment from the agency?
Our apartments are located not more than 1,5 on foot from our office and they are all connected by buses, taxis or private transfers and can also be reached on foot, being all located in the city center. As soon as you confirm you reservation we will be happy to give you all useful information in order for you to reach our office and your apartment.
I will come by car: where can I park?
Many apartments are located inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Are), which is open in specific hours of the day, so that you can easily unload your bags. We always suggest to park outside of the Limited Traffic Area, in one of the various public parkings that you find close to the city center. During the check-in, we will give all useful information. I have a Blue Badge permit: how can I enter the ZTL (Limited Traffic Area) and park?
If you are a Blue Badge holder it is possible to park, but you need a special permit to circulate. You need to fill in a special form, released by the police of Verona: http://www.poliziamunicipale.comune.verona.it/nqcontent.cfm?a_id=25479&tt=pm
What will I find in the apartment?
Each apartment is furnished and fully equipped, and all kitchens offer every tool and different electrical appliances that you may need to cook. Each apartment is equipped with TV, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and all accessories that will make you experience Verona in all comfort. For each apartment you can also consult a detailed explanatory sheet which describes all equipment.
Is final cleaning included in the price?
The fee due for the final cleaning is included in the price and it is specified in the rental quote. In case you wish to have extra cleaning or a change of towels/ bed linen, it is possible to have this service: the cost is indicated in the price list you can find in each apartment. At your arrival, you will find clean towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower gel and dish soap.
Do all apartments have Wi-Fi?
Yes, all apartments have free ulimited Wi-Fi Internet connection. Wi-Fi is included in the price.
Is it possible to reserve a baby cot?
Yes, it is possible to have a baby cot, upon availability. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance. The additional cost is € 15,00 per stay.
How can I book the apartment I am interested in?
You can book directly from our web site, consulting the Calendar and availability of each apartment. Following the instructions, you can reserve the apartment and receive an instant confirmation. Otherwise, you can also contact us: we will send you all details and payment procedure.
Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my reservation?
Your reservation will be confirmed after the payment of a deposit equal to the 30 % of the rental amount, which can be paid releasing the details of a credit card as a guarantee or by making a bank transfer. The credit card details will be protected and inserted in a safe server. Please, pay attention to the payment conditions specified for every kind of stay.
The balance is due at the moment of the check-in, in cash or by credit card.
How can I check-in?
The check-in takes place at our agency, located in Corso Castelvecchio, 25, from 15.00 pm until 19.30 pm. In case the apartment is available, it is also possible to have an early check-in. In alternative, you can store your bags at our office while you wait for the check-in.
What happens if I arrive later then the check-in hours?
You are invited to inform us about any delays concerning your estimated arrival time. In case you are going to arrive later than 19.30 pm, we do have two alternative ways to deliver the keys to you:
Option 1: delivery with an extra cost for the night service to be paid in cash - € 30,00 if you arrive before 10:00 pm, or € 50,00 if you arrive between 10:00 pm and 01:00 am. In this case we will deliver the keys to you directly at the apartment.
Option 2: delivery without extra costs and without our assistance. In this case, we will leave a sealed envelope in the mailbox outside our office with all the information about how to get to the apartment.
What is the latest time for check-out?
All apartments have to be left within 10.30 am of the departure day. A person from our staff will come to check the apartment and to collect the keys. Our representative will also give back the safety deposit, if given in cash at the moment of the check-in.
What can I do if I need to check-out really early?
If you need to leave during the night, we kindly ask you to let us know during the check-in. In this case, we only accept safety deposit given with credit card.
