The 120 square meter apartment is located on the third floor of Palazzo San Giorgio and can be reached by elevator and opens onto the bright living room with broad windows and with wooden furniture, an elegant sofa with peninsula, which can become a sofa bed if needed, smart TV and a large fully equipped designer kitchen also equipped with microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The living area is completed by an island with cooking area, from which an elegant wooden dining table extends.
A corridor leads to a first bathroom consisting of a shower, designer fixtures and a pretty ladder-shaped heated towel rail. Before entering the sleeping area there is also a small laundry room complete with washing machine and storage closet.
The comfortable and cozy sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with characteristic exposed white beams, smart TV and elegant open space wardrobes. A second bathroom complete with large shower and designer fixtures completes the sleeping area.
